Review of Broken

Thursday, November 11 was Veterans Day. I hope everyone thought of a veteran or the young men and women serving today. God Bless all of you.

And now. . ."Broken"

Ewww, ewww ewwww!! Ty and RatMonroe shinin' the sheets. Ewwww! *can't look*

Where'd Ty go??! Oh, there he is. Or at least his feet. OH! There he is! *smile* But he was shinin' the sheets with RatMonroe. Ewwwwwww. *tries to delete image from her mind*

"Do you know who Cathal Finney is?" I do, yeah. Oh, you meant RatMonroe, sorry. I'm so sick of her act already. I wish they'd find out soon. Oh yeah, they will. . .*evil grin*

On one hand, I wish that Ty wasn't telling her about the circumstances surrounding PapaD's death, but on the other hand, she would have access to the information regarding his death, I would think, and would want to help Ty anyway she could to find who or what was behind his father's death.

"What makes you think you can?" Cause he's SuperTy? Just a guess.

Cruz looking at Bosco's locker. Give me a break! I didn't believe that she really cared when he was shot and I still don't believe she really cares now. NEXT!

"Did you tell IAB about the knife?" I would say she's still a little ticked about what happened to her last week. Hey Cruz-right church, wrong pew.

Yay!!! RatMonroe is helping Ty!! I like it. She only gets a name, but that's a good start. Oh, then there's PapaFinney. Damnity. *eyeroll* Ya know, I've been caught snooping before, and I always put whatever it was away fast enough and sorta backed away before the person caught me right in front of it. Jes saying.

Oh, damnity! The councilman. . .wow. The dood playing him looks familiar, but I can't place him. He's one of those actors that you see everywhere, but can never come up with a movie you've seen him in. And it's almost always men, never women. Heh. Something to ponder over later, I guess.

LMAO!!! Ok, she gets a point for being a smartass. Maybe I could crown someone "Smartass of the Week." Heh. Not a bad idea. Again, something to ponder later.

"Parole?" Surprised there Ty? I did not like how ECF was trying to get information and if I was Ty, I woulda pushed his chair. Jes sayin.

Wait. . .if my memory is correct, a long, long time ago, somebody said that Ty was 11 when PapaD was killed. Now he was 7?!? Consistency-not the name of the game. Either that or I am wrong about hearing that Ty was 11.

Councilman, do what the doctor tells you to do. I don't think there is a doctor in the world that would just bandage him up and let him go.

"How can you have more in common with Sully than you do with me?" Ummm, because Sully isn't some cocky rookie? Because Ty and Sully have worked together forever and two days? Because the sun rises in the east and sets in the west?

"The guy's a slug that sits on his ass all day watching the world go by." You DID NOT go there? Especially with Ty as your "partner". As you can probably tell, I do not like the fact that they split up Five-Five Charlie, so I will use the word "partner" loosely until FFC is put back together. That and I will pout.

I so don't like PapaFinney. . .and set what up?? I don't like the sound of that.

The councilman is in a deep denial. I swear. Nothing Cruz is saying is getting through to him.

Ty talking to Raymond equals playing with fire.

"How about Cathal Finney? That name ring a bell? He's the guy who booked on felony drug possession then had it dropped only to have you arrested two days later for killing my dad?" Oh damnity. Raymond can't get out of this now. This is gonna be good.

Damnity! Finney "hired" Raymond to kill PapaD. Poor GrumpyTy. So sad. . .so so sad. Hey! That sniper looks a lot like what ESU would use. . .hmmm.

Sully never responded to Raymond's letters? That's what he was hiding. Remember when I said that keeping information from people wasn't good. . .well, this is bad, very bad. Poor Ty looked like he was *that* close to crying. *hugs SadTy*

Telling Raymond that he is going to testify while the guard was in the room wasn't wise. I still wonder what PapaFinney and the guard are setting up. . . .Hmmm. . .

Monroe is such a liar. "I'm not the mole." Right to Cruz's face. Yes you are! I can't wait until she is found out. . .gonna be gooooood.

Daniels is stalking the rapist? Uh-oh. "And by the time you get here, it will be handled." What the. . .?!?! Oh damnity. He's gonna shoot him. . .AND IN THE. . .ummm, owww. Just for the record, I'm a woman and that even hurt me. Owwwww.

Suicide by cop, anyone? I admit it, it was touching to see Cruz connecting her rape with his. I really don't think that anyone else could've done a better job.

"Your son doesn't need you." Wow. Good, he did put it down. Nice to see Cruz have somewhat of a human side.

Ty is now SadGrumpyPissedTy. "Saw Raymond Morris today. Turns out he had my father's back more than his own partner did." Rut. . . .ro! Ty didn't want to go there.

"Why didn't you return any of Raymond's letters? Years of letters?" Yep. . .Sully's found out. Yep, yep.

"Maybe you didn't do anything because you had something to do with his death." Playing with fire, dea.. . .HOLY MOTHER! *jaw hits to floor* *falls off the couch*

"You don't talk to me like that." SNAP!

I completely agreed with Sully's reasons for not doing more. PapaD was already dead and there was no bringing them back, and so the best thing he could do was make sure the wife and kids still got the pension and were taken care of. PapaD would have wanted that too, and would have probably done the same thing if the roles were reversed.

"This isn't about being right. This is about what is." Daaaamn.

"Allright, you know what? You can think whatever you want to think, I don't give a damn, but don't you ever question my loyalty to your father again. You don't have that right." CRAP! Like a friend of mine and I said in unison "He pushed his buttons too much." Coby and Skipp don't get smartass points, but they each get a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Hey, I could give out cookies. . .nah. I happen to like cookies and will only give them out on special occasions. Cookies are not smartass points.

So now McKinley has the real folder and the gun Morris used was rented by anti-crime. Shiznitel!

I have most of the warning that McKinley gave to Monroe and right before Morris got stabbed, but somebody stopped recording before the end of the episode. I was out of town this past weekend and trusted this person to record the entire episode including the preview. I must have answers. What a crummy way to end an otherwise fantabulous episode.
