Review of Kingpin Rising

As you know, if you read the review for "Revelations", I was out of town last week. I went and saw my TW buddy and we watched both TW and MI (Eeeck...that show sucks) and trusted my technologically illiterate parents in recording both so I could at least do a TW review. Well, I came back on Monday, which was the 21st, and found that they recorded nothing. Not a thing. *sigh* And I even left detailed instructions and the phone number where I could be reached if they had any problems....I swear, I'm never gonna leave home, because they don't know how to work anything...*sigh*

So, let's check out "Kingpin Rising."

"I need four unidentified stiffs like I need an aerobics video."

"Play-Tone? What the hell kind of nickname is that?"...*smore rolling*

GOD!!! I am NOT feeling this Cruz/gang storyline. I'm not going to comment much on it...ugh.

Oh, Sully was on da pot. Nevermind. Why didn't I think of that?!?! He's a man...*thumps self* Duuuh....

COURTESY SPRAY!! LOL!! He is above a lot of men that I have known...jes sayin...*whistles*

LOL.... Wouldn't it have been cool, yet really creepy, if Sully were Ty's step-dad? I only say this because I'm reminded of the first season when Sully and Maggie Davis were spending time together. Maggie woulda been great for Sully. Seriously. And you know how much I love Sully. .*sigh* Shoula, coulda, woulda...*sigh*

SWERSKY!! HI!! *hugs*

Sully: "Please tell me you're not sticking me with some rookie I'm gonna have to baby-sit all day."
Bosco: "Actually, boss wants me to keep an eye on you."

.*giggle* BOSCO'S BACK!! .*shoves Bosco* Sully hugs ME first. House rules.

HEY!! Wait a minute!! Ok, I have to nit-pick. When Sully hugged Bosco, he was wearing his uniform and nothing else, but when it cuts back to Bosco, with Sully and Swersky behind Bosco, Sully is wearing a coat over his uniform. Ahhhh!! Continuation...not Third Watch's best thing.

But I digress...it's just when something is so obvious, it chaps my hide.

JELLY!! *smile* I love Jelly

Oh great, more Cruz/gang stuff...sorry but I just am not feeling this at all.

LEVINE!! I love Levine!!

SULLY!! Hi honey!! *hugs* I love it when he's concerned...*sigh*

Nice, moooooore Cruz/gang stuff. Hey, I ain't feeling it "I don't know what you two got going on, but I don't give a damn. I got four murders to clear and she says I should talk to you about it. So shut the hell up, and listen to your rights."

"You mind if I drive." .*backs away...slowly*

"You are a visitor in this car!" HOT DAMN! Oooh, that gave me chills. I love him. A lot...

Sully: "An hour back and I already hate you."
Bosco: "Good."
Sully: "Good!"
Bosco: "Hate me! Call me names. Just don't ask me if you can help me. Or if you can do anything for me. I'm not handicapped."
Sully: "Still a jerk."
Bosco: "100 percent."

Wake me when this Cruz/gang stuff is over. Man, I swear...Third Watch is becoming "The Sgt. Cruz Show"...zzzzzzzzzzzz

Uh-oh....ummmm...uhhhh...blood, girl missing, frantic lady....SULLY!!...blood on the carpet...*thinking*

So nice to see that Faith trusts Sully and Bosco....*sigh*

I'm sensing something with Bosco here. He's outside looking at Faith, which makes me wonder. Either he's A) In love with her, B) Missing her or C) Can't really believe that she's a Detective. I'm going with a lot of "B" with a side order of "C".

Vampire-looking stuff? Huh?? .*confused*

Vampires? Wants to be one? Huh? Again, I'm confused...A club?? Eh?

"In her diary, she refers to Dante as her father?" What?!?!

Bosco is still having trouble with his eyesight, which leads me to wonder just exactly how he's back in the street. Small print, my butt. And your eyes are not fine.

OMG! The look on Bosco and Sully's faces when Faith told them they were gonna go talk to vampires....*rolling*

"I gotta say, I didn't see that coming." .*rolling* All hail the King of Sarcasm! He always gets the best lines...*rolling*

Faith: "Alternative lifestyles. Welcome to New York City."
Sully: "Why don't they ever put 'em in the brochures?"

.*rolling smore* Oh man...I'm gone.....*rolling on top of rolling* Have I ever mentioned that I love that man? .*rolling*

"Nice teeth." .*rolling*

Creepy club. Spooky club.

"Easy, Count Chocula." .*rolling*

"Sagittarius." .*rolling* Damn, he gets the absolute best lines.....*gigglesnort*

"Emily's not that stupid."
"Dante's not that immortal."

.*gigglesnorting* Oh, damn...that was some funny shiznit....

"Keep an eye on Dracula." *rolling*

Uh...oh...Checking out Faith online.

So they found the girl, she's got a wound on her wrist, she wanted her mom dead...hmmmm

Sully: "When you first came on at the 5-5 you were this gung-ho, 100 miles an hour, true believer. All you wanted to do was catch bad guys."
Bosco: "And you were the opposite."
Sully: "No. I was exactly the same way when I came on. There was no one more excited about being the police. But the system beat it out of me. Bad guys I worked hard to get went free...cops I respected ended up being dirty. Even did a few things myself I'm not too proud of."
Bosco: "Yeah?"
Sully: "So I kept waiting for it to beat you down. But you never let it. And that's what I realized one day sitting by your hospital bed. You piss me off so much because you remind me that I let the system beat me."
Bosco: "You're a pretty damn good cop, Sul."
Sully: "I don't really believe there's a greater good anymore. But you still do. So I always knew that if you woke up, you'd be back out here. 'Cause you're a true believer, Bosco."

Holy, ca-rap. That was, ehm, wow....I really liked the Sully/Bosco conversations. I don't think they hate each other, more like a guarded dislike. They respect each other, but they are not friends. Oil and water. Then this speech. I was hanging on every word. Just wow.

Bosco: "I'm not gonna kiss you."
Sully: "Unless you wanna get shot again."

Oh man....*rolling*

Awww, Sully referred to Faith as Bosco's partner...Awwww....

The girl was helping Pete cross over...snooze

Faith talking to the mom...nice

Dead gangbangers...ok....TY! LOVE!! *hugs*

Emily and Dante/David...Yeah, ooooooooook
